Section 1 of the Nursing Homes Act,

chapter 125 of the Revised Statutes, 2014, is amended 1 L’article 1 de la

a) in the definition “Director” by striking out “Director of Nursing Home Services” and substitut- ing “director responsible for nursing home services”;

b) in the English version of the definition “opera- tor” by striking out “a person who by himself or her- self or through his or her agent” and substituting “a person who, by themselves or through their agent,”.

a) the resident;

Section 31 of the Act is amended 12 L’article 31 de la Loi est modifié (

a) by adding after paragraph (

p) the following:
