B.C. Reg. 353/2007, deposited November 23, 2007, pursuant to the ASSESSMENT ACT [Sections 20.3 and 74 (2) (i)]. Order in Council 819/2007, approved and ordered November 22, 2007.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) the Port Land Designation Extension Regulation is made as set out in the attached

Schedule A, and

(

b) the Port Land Valuation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 220/2007, is amended as set out in the attached

Schedule B.

PORT LAND DESIGNATION EXTENSION REGULATION

Extension of date

1 The date referred to in

section 20.3 (5) of the Assessment Act by which a regulation designating land that is eligible port land under

section 20.3 (3) (

a) of that Act must be in force in order to be effective for a taxation year is extended from October 31 to December 31 in the preceding year.
