Section 6 of
Chapter 430 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act, is pleased to re-appoint Nelson Blackburn, Q.C., of Bedford, Halifax Regional Municipality, and Jon Cuming of Kentville, Kings County, as adjudicators of the Small Claims Court for a term of four years effective on and after September, 18, 2012.
