OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business dated May 20, 2016, and pursuant to Order in Council 81-1422 dated November 17, 1981, which Order approved the establishment of Trade Centre Limited, Order in Council 85-342 dated April 2, 1985,
Section 98 of the Articles of Association of Trade Centre Limited, and pursuant to all other authority in him vested is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Simon d’Entremont as a non-voting member of the Board of Directors of Trade Centre Limited, effective April 9, 2015; and (
b) appoint Murray Coolican, Deputy Minister of Business as a non-voting member of the Board of Directors of Trade Centre Limited commencing June 14, 2016.
