OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated November 21, 2008, and pursuant to
Section 42 of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, and clause 2(
d) of
Chapter 377 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Superannuation Act, is pleased to: (
a) direct that Patricia Conrad be entitled to participate in the Province of Nova Scotia Long Term Disability Plan; and (
b) designate Patricia Conrad to be and to have been an employee for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act.
