Interpretation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for

Part I of the Gaming Control Act dated June 17, 2022, and pursuant to

Section 12 of

Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Gaming Control Act and

Section 18 of the

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Robert A. Carruthers as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Gaming Corporation, made by Order in Council 2020-342 dated December 18, 2020, effective July 26, 2022.
