Order in Council 920/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5(2) of the Capital Investment Plan Act, 1993 , Stephen Geist , of Toronto, is reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Financing Authority ( OFA ), and he is reappointed as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of the OFA , in each case to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not exceeding three years, effective as of July 2, 2026.
