OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board dated August 16, 2022, and pursuant to subsection 35(3) of

Chapter 379 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Trustee Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board to pay to Barbara Helen Ogilvie the sum of Nine Hundred Eighty-Eight Dollars and Eighty-Seven Cents ($988.87), held by the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board pursuant to subsection 28(2) of the Public Trustee Act , being her share of the Estate of the late Vivian Lillian May Ogilvie, together with interest at the rate of Prime less 2.0% from December 8, 2021 to the date of payment, less an administrative charge of 5% on accrued interest.
