OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development dated June 27, 2017, and pursuant to

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development to: (

a) provide notice to the developer to exercise its option to purchase seven P3 schools currently owned by Nova Learning; and (

b) enter into such agreements and sign documents as may be required to purchase the schools from Nova Learning and to give effect to this Order.
