OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated December 9, 2003, and pursuant to clause 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia to: (

a) purchase from Bruce D. Bigelow and A. Isabel Bigelow, their respective heirs, successors, executors or assigns, a parcel of land shown outlined in red on

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation and containing approximately 1.7 hectares (4.2 acres), situated at Blomidon, Kings County, for the purchase price of $205,000.00, subject to the condition that Bruce D. Bigelow and A. Isabel Bigelow, their respective heirs, successors, executors or assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) prepare and have executed such documents as may be required to achieve the purposes of this Order.
