OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated June 26, 2014, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) issue a quit claim deed to David Power and Mary Power for $1.00 conveying and otherwise releasing any Crown interest in a road reserve that crosses land owned by David Power and Mary Power, said reserve containing approximately 0.53 hectares (1.3 acres) and being located at Shad Bay, Halifax County as shown crosshatched on the plan marked

Schedule "A", which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation; (

b) waive any administration or other fees associated with this transaction; and (

c) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
