On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of highway, in the City of Brampton (Geographic Township of Toronto Gore), Regional Municipality of Peel and in the City of Vaughan (Geographic Township of Vaughan), Regional Municipality of York,, shown as

Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-5142-0001 and Parts 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-5143-0001, being plans filed with the Geomatics Section, Central Region of the Ministry of Transportation at Toronto on the 31 st day of July, 2019, be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to

Section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter P.50, as amended.
