OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated November 14, 2018, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal entering into a Memorandum of Understanding between the Province of Nova Scotia, represented by the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, Regional Development Corporation, a crown corporation of the Province of New Brunswick, and Transport Canada regarding the financial support of the ferry service between the Provinces of Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, in the form set out in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of Report and Recommendation.
