OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated December 9, 2003, and pursuant to
Section 19 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to rescind Order in Council 96-443 dated June 11, 1996, with respect to the relocation of a Right of Way at Giants Lake, Guysborough County, between Rodney Lane and the Crown and the release of the existing Crown Right of Way across the lands of Rodney Lane at Giants Lake, Guysborough County.
