Under the authority of

section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000

I define the following area as the Belleoram Municipal Planning Area.

Beginning at a point, that point being on the shoreline of

Fortune

Bay

having 1:50,000 map coordinates of north 5,263,308.0 metres and east 619,981.0 metres;

Then running north 66

15' 55" west a distance of 1,891.85 metres;

Then running south 32

01' 58" west a distance of 74.83 metres;
