Order in Council 933/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

More Homes Built Faster Act, 2022

July 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the More Homes Built Faster Act, 2022 , c. 21, which amends the Planning Act , comes into force:

Schedule 9, s. 12 (15).
