Order in Council 896/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portion of highway in the geographic township of Lyell, in the Township of South Algonquin, in the District of Nipissing, shown as

Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2696-59, being a Designation Plan filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeast Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on the 18 th day of May, 2021 be designated as secondary highway pursuant to

section 40 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter P.50 as amended; and

the designation as secondary highway by Order in Council O.C. 1096/56 effective December 26, 1956, shown on Ministry Plan A-48-34 and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Nipissing as H-22(LT), be amended so as to cease to apply to

Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-2696-59.
