B.C. Reg. 197/2024 , deposited July 8, 2024, under the OFFENCE ACT [section 132 (2)]. Order in Council 434/2024, approved and ordered July 6, 2024.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

1 Column 2 of

Schedule 1 of the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended by striking out " Emergency Program Act " wherever it appears and substituting " Emergency and Disaster Management Act ".

Schedule 2 is amended

(

a) by repealing the heading " Emergency Program Act " and everything under that heading, and

(

b) by adding the following as indicated:
