B.C. Reg. 358/2005, deposited December 9, 2005, pursuant to the MOTOR VEHICLE ACT [Section 50 (2) (a)]. Order in Council 884/2005, approved and ordered December 8, 2005.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective January 1, 2006,

section 2 (

d) of the Emission Inspection Exemption Regulation, B.C. Reg. 320/92, is amended by striking out "two" and substituting "3".
