OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated November 19, 2013, and pursuant to clause 16(1 )(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act is pleased to: (

a) approve the Minister of Natural Resources issuing a lease for a parcel of Crown land containing approximately 17.76 hectares (43.88 acres), located at Melvern Square, Annapolis County, and shown outlined in bold on the plan marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, to Spurr Brothers Farms Limited, a body corporate with its registered office at Melvern Square, Annapolis County, its successors, trustees, and permitted assigns, for agricultural purposes, for a term of 20 years at the annual rent of $1225.50, with the right to renew the lease for a further 20 year term, provided that the Company has satisfactorily complied with the terms and conditions of the lease; and (

b) execute such documents as to achieve the purposes of this Order.
