Order in Council 697/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Less Red Tape, More Common Sense Act, 2023

July 1, 2025 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Less Red Tape, More Common Sense Act, 2023 , c. 20, which amend the Modernizing Ontario for People and Businesses Act, 2020 , come into force:
