CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Mortgage Interest Reduction Act (Assented to May 15, 1985) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Mortgage Interest Reduction Amendment Act, 1985. S.S. 1982-83, c.M-21.1 The Mortgage Interest Reduction Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended Clause 2(

a) is amended by striking out “1985” and substituting “1988”.

Section amended
