OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated June 19, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 9 of the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Financial Assistance Regulations, N.S. Reg 133/2001, made pursuant to

Chapter 30 of the Acts of 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, is pleased to consent to the decision of the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Business Incorporated dated June 11, 2014, to provide financial assistance by way of a payroll rebate to DSM Nutritional Products Canada Inc. in an amount not to exceed Six Million, Two Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($6,225,000.00).
