OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated January 25, 2018, and pursuant to subsection 7(

c) and clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) issuing a grant or deed to convey parcels of Crown lands containing approximately 0.65 hectares (1.6 acres) of Crown lands located at Tor Bay, Guysborough County, and shown outlined in bold and shaded in grey on the plan marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, to William M. Schrader, his respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators, or approved successors or assigns; (

b) accepting from William M. Schrader, his respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators, or approved successors or assigns, parcels of land containing approximately 32 hectares (79.1 acres) of land at Tor Bay, Guysborough County, as shown outlined in bold on the plan marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, subject to the condition that William M. Schrader, his respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators, or approved successors or assigns, are able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

c) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
