Order in Council 516/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 399/2020, dated March 5, 2020, appointing Robert Swaita to the City of Ottawa Police Services Board, be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
