OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Workforce Development dated August 20, 2008, and pursuant to Sections 6 and 87 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Labour and Workforce Development to enter into the Canadian Intergovernmental Agreement Regarding the Implementation of the North American Agreement on Labour Cooperation, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, subject only to the addition of annexes, appendices and to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the agreement.
