OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated September 17, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education entering into an agreement with Employment and Social Development Canada regarding a bridging to licensure and employment project for internationally trained workers, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
