Loi sur la Société des alcools du Nouveau-Brunswick Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’As- semblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1

Section of the New Brunswick Liquor Corporation Act,

chapter N- 6.1 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended L’article de la

Loi sur la Société des alcools du Nouveau-Brunswick,

chapitre N-6.1 des Lois révisées de 1973, est modifié (

a) by repealing subsection (1.1) and substituting the following:

a) par l’abrogation du paragraphe (1.1) et son rem- placement par ce qui suit : 6(1.1) The term of office of a member of the Board ap- pointed under paragraph (1)(

b) shall not exceed three years. 6(1.1) Le mandat maximal des membres du Conseil nommés en vertu de l’alinéa

b) by repealing subsection (5) and substituting the following:

b) par l’abrogation du paragraphe (5) et son rem- placement par ce qui suit : 6(5) Despite subsection (1.1), the Lieutenant-Governor in Council shall appoint one member of the Board to hold office as Chair of the Board for a term of office of not less than two years and of not more than five years. 6(5) Par dérogation au paragraphe (1.1), le lieutenant- gouverneur en conseil nomme à la présidence du Conseil l’un de ses membres pour un mandat minimal de deux ans et maximal de cinq ans. 1
