OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated August 16, 1999, pursuant to

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and to Order in Council 97-719 dated November 19, 1997, which order established the Petroleum Directorate, is pleased, effective August 16, 1999, to appoint the Honourable Gordon D. Balser, a Member of the Executive Council, to be the Minister responsible for the Petroleum Directorate.
