Order in Council 1528/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 11 (3) of the Education Quality and Accountability Office Act, 1996 ,

The chair of the board of directors of the Education Quality and Accountability Office shall be remunerated at the rate of $350 per diem;

The members of the board of directors, other than the chair, shall be remunerated at the rate of $200 per diem; and

The chair and other members of the board of directors shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred while carrying out their duties on the board of directors in accordance with the relevant directives, guidelines and policies of the Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet.

Further, Order in Council O.C. 72/2019 be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council comes into effect.

And further, this Order in Council shall be effective January 31, 2024.
