OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of the Public Service Commission dated December 17, 2025, and pursuant to
Article 43.03 of the Collective Agreement entered into between His Majesty the King in right of the Province of Nova Scotia and the Nova Scotia Government and General Employees Union, for the term of April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2028, is pleased to set the remuneration for the classification appeal arbitrator as set out in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
