This Bill repeals the Greenhouse Gas Industrial Reporting and Control Act .

HIS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of British Columbia, enacts as follows:

1 The Greenhouse Gas Industrial Reporting and Control Act, S.B.C. 2014, c. 29, is repealed.

Commencement

2 This Act comes into force on the date of Royal Assent.

Explanatory Note

This Bill repeals the Greenhouse Gas Industrial Reporting and Control Act .
