OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Acting Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated September 15, 1998, pursuant to subsections 4(1), (2) and (3) of
Chapter 164 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Fatality Inquiries Act, be pleased to approve the appointments of the following doctors as Medical Examiners for the County of Halifax, effective September 11, 1998: Dr. Martin Bullock of Toronto, Province of Ontario; and Dr. James Young of Toronto, Province of Ontario.
