Order in Council 273/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas pursuant to Order in Council O.C. 1726/2019 Jason Melbourne is currently serving as a member of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (the “Corporation”) at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council;

And

whereas pursuant to Order in Council O.C. 513/2020 Jason Melbourne is currently serving as the Vice-Chair of the Corporation at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council;

Pursuant to subsection 5(2) of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation Act, 1999 ,

Jason Melbourne, of North York, Ontario

be re-designated as the Vice-Chair of the Corporation to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term commencing on March 12, 2021 and ending on November 27, 2022, effective the date of this Order.
