OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated March 29, 2017, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal entering into the P3 Canada Fund Financial Agreement for a Collaborative Project with PPP Canada Inc., as manager of the P3 Canada Fund, substantially in the form set forth in

Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to the addition of such schedules, annexes, appendices and to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the Agreement.
