OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources dated November 13, 1998, pursuant to

Section 45 of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to: (

a) repeal Order in Council 90-936 dated July 31, 1990; and (

b) approve the making by the Department of Human Resources of regulations respecting car kilometrage rates and monthly allowances in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
