On the recommendation of the undersigned. the ,.. ma- r, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that , as all species of standing timber, and wood chips produced from that standing timber, originating within the boundaries of the Iskut/Boundary Timber Supply Block of the Cassiar Timber Supply Area, set out on the attached map, cannot be processed economically in the vicinity of the land from which it is cut or produced and cannot be transported economically to a processing facility located elsewhere in the Province, these species of standing timber in that Timber Supply Area are exempt from

section of the Forest Act on the condition that:

a) this exemption terminates ten years from the date of this order;

b) before any timber or chips under this order are exported an application on form FS for an export permit, is to be submitted to, and an export permit (FS 34) obtained from, a regional manager;

c) in addition to any other sum payable to the Crown, a fee in lieu of manufacture within the province shall be paid which shall be at the rate of $1.00 per cubic metre.
