OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Tourism and Culture dated October 16, 2003, and pursuant to
Section 18 of
Chapter 9 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Tourist Accommodations Act, is pleased to, effective on and after November 6, 2003: (
a) repeal the regulations respecting tourist accommodations made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 96-33 dated January 16, 1996; and (
b) make new regulations respecting tourist accommodations in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
