OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated September 12, 2006, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1991, the University Foundations Act, is pleased to appoint the following persons as members of the St. Francis Xavier University Foundation, each for a term of office of three years commencing November 2, 2006: Donald Munroe of Chester, Lunenburg County; and John Sears of Antigonish, Antigonish County.
