OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture, Tourism and Heritage dated July 19, 2022, and pursuant to

Section 3 of

Chapter 43 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Boxing Authority Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Mickey MacDonald of Halifax Regional Municipality (Bedford) as a member and designate him as Chair of the Nova Scotia Boxing Authority for a term of three (3) years commencing December 1, 2022; (

b) appoint Adam Fraser of Eureka, Pictou County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Boxing Authority for a term of three (3) years commencing December 1, 2022; (

c) appoint Matthew Ryder of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Nova Scotia Boxing Authority for a term of three (3) years commencing December 1, 2022; and (

d) appoint Matthew Johnson of Halifax Regional Municipality (Bedford) as a member of the Nova Scotia Boxing Authority for a term of three (3) years commencing December 1, 2022.
