An Act to amend The Power Corporation Superannuation Act (No. 1). [Assented to March 29, 1973] Rev. Stat. c.13,

section amended Clause (

e) of

section of The Power Corporation Superannuation Act is repealed and the following substituted therefor: “employee” “(e) ‘employee’ means a person regularly employed on a full-time basis by the corporation or by any company the majority of the issued shares of which are owned by the corporation and includes an employee whose work is of a seasonal nature unless excluded by order of the board whether of general or individual application”. 1973, c.74, s.1.
