Order in Council 908/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5(1)(

a) of the Ministry of Natural Resources Act,

Andrew Vanderduim

be appointed Deputy Minister of Natural Resources, effective the date this Order in Council is approved and ordered, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond December 31, 2025.

And further that Order in Council O.C. 1300/2023, dated August 31, 2023, be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is approved and ordered.
