OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated November 28, 2001, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 9 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the AIDS Advisory Commission Act, is pleased to appoint the following persons as members of the Advisory Commission on AIDS, each for a term of office of three years commencing December 1, 2001 and ending November 30, 2004: Dorothy Malcom of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; Julianne MacKinnon of New Waterford, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; and Thelma Coward-Ince of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality.
