OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated March 15, 2013, and pursuant to
Section 25J of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective March 15, 2013:
a) revoke Order in Council 2011-19, dated January 11, 2011, assigning responsibility for the Office of Immigration to the Honourable Marilyn More, as Member of the Executive Council, and
b) assign responsibility for the Office of Immigration to the Honourable Frank Corbett, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister of Immigration.
