OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated October 19, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 113 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crop and Livestock Insurance Act , is pleased, effective on and after November 28, 2023, to approve amendments made by the Nova Scotia Crop and Livestock Insurance Commission to the Poultry Insurance Plan , N.S. Reg. 339/2007, made by the Commission and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2007-394 dated July 13, 2007, reflecting amendments to the Animal Health and Protection Regulations , in the manner set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
