Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated November 23, 2007, pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) dispose of certain lands containing 12,000 square feet, more or less, situate at 680 King Street, New Waterford, in the County of Cape Breton and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" as shown crosshatched in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the land to Gerard T. Hurley and Helen Hurley, of Grand Mira South, in the County of Cape Breton, for the price of $35,000.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
