CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Occupational Health and Safety Act (Assented to April 29, 1980) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Occupational Health and Safety Amendment Act, 1980. Rev. Stat. c. O-1,

section amended 2(1) Clause 2(

h) of The Occupational Health and Safety Act is repealed.

(2) Clause 2(

j) of The Occupational Health and Safety Act is repealed and the following substituted: “occupation’ “(j) ‘occupation’ means employment, business, calling or pursuit”. UNEDITED REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN Printed by the authority of THE QUEEN’S PRINTER
