OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development dated May 7, 2009, and pursuant to Sections 2(a)(b)(e), 6, 16(1)(

b) and (g), and 34(1)(

f) of

Chapter 30 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, and Regulations thereunder, Sections 2(1)(o), 9(3) and 9(4), and Sections 59A(

a) and 59C(1) and 1(

A) of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) amend Order in Council 2001-170 as amended by Order in Council 2005-194, and Order in Council 2008-274 which approved financial assistance by way of payroll rebates to Register.com Inc., such amendments authorized by Nova Scotia Business Incorporated's Board of Directors on April 29, 2009 on terms and conditions generally as outlined in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation dated May 7, 2009; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic and Rural Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
