On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 39 of the Public Lands Act , R.S.O. 1990,

approval be, and is hereby given to Jutta Ruth Katharina Skitch, a Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry employee, to acquire a right, title or interest in public lands described as Location CL 18113, being part of Block C, Registered Plan M-523, Geographic Township of Drayton, Municipality of Sioux Lookout, Territorial District of Kenora, containing 0.251 hectare, more or less, designated as

Part 1, on Reference Plan 23R-14519.
