OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated October 23, 1998, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Christine Diane Betts of Stellarton, Pictou County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits while employed with Paul Graham, Barrister, Solicitor and Notary, which appointment was made by Order in Council 91-1077 dated September 18, 1991; and (

b) appoint Christine Diane Pike of Stellarton, Pictou County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with Paul Graham, Barrister, Solicitor and Notary.
